We raised a shifting request on ** July via livpure app wherein we were told by Livpure representative to self pick the RO machine from the current location to next location. We did the same and asked them install the machine at new location on *July. Since then no came to install the RO at our new Place in instead the engineers are visiting the Old location. Even after calling multiple time speaking to several representatives, emailing them and putting the complaint on social media there is no resolution yet. We are without water had to purchase several bottles even after paying for subscription of three months. They do not have answer just ask us to wait for **-** hours and the issue still remains the same
