Livpure - Installation not done

I bought livpure RO from flipkart which was delivered on September * but not installation done after * days. I have been trying to get in touch with flipkart and livpure both. But they don't have any idea how and when it will be done. Now I want to return the product but don't see any process to return it. Need help
