I requested for new Excitel broadband connection on saturday. I was told it will be installed by sunday evening, after multiple calls the ground team who took the payment didnt answer any calls and one time he responded he was very rude to my ** year old senior citizen mother. When I request for cancellation with refund the TL says go raise any complaint you want.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
