Sangeetha Mobiles Private Limited - I did not receive a refund and my order was not canceled

On **th June, I ordered a phone from Sangeetha Mobile, but it was awaiting confirmation. I talked to them and they said it'll get updated soon but it never got updated it's been five days, so again I called customer support, they told me that the order would be canceled due to some issue and my money will be refunded once the order is cancelled by their side.

However, they are not cancelling the order despite stating that it will be canceled.

Now that I've called and emailed them for * days, they keep telling me to wait ** hours, but nothing has changed. I would like to get a refund.
