Hi Team,
I had booked a cab from Terminal * New Delhi to Dwarka on **th Feb and fare was showing ₹ *** which is already high when compared to distance travelled ** KMs.
I need to pick keys from initial entered location and then again need to book cab to my house which is * kms away. So I thought to change the location in Uber app after picking the keys.
When I reached our home , we were shocked to see the final fare which is ₹ **** which is almost *.* times what was showing.
As we cannot complain this with the driver as he has nothing to do with this, we have to pay this amount.
We are using Uber since **** but never paid such a hefty amount for just ** kms ride.
Kindly look into it.
