I have booked self drive car on zoom car app.
First they charged me complete amount and after zoom app showed me to verify profile so I did. After some time I got message from zoom stating my profile rejected.
After that I tried to connect with customer care but couldn’t connect for more than ** minutes
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
