Here is the Order ID # ******* **************. Two of the items from myntra that i had ordered couldnt load in the order section after delivering. Due to fit issue wanted to return it but the product was not loading. I called and enquired the same and they gave suggestions like try in incognito, reinstall, cookie issue . I tried it all and then raised a query attaching image which unfortunately was next day after return policy (was for * days) n i queried *th day and they replied to it giving stupid answer that return policy has expired so product is not displaying. Then i started worrying and started calling them and requesting help with issu, now they r telling return time is done so we cannot help you. While im trying to tell them im facing from much prior and they r giving that query date telling u raised it after return date and i told before that i did calls and since i cannot see product i dont even know last date so how can u site that reason and also asked all other products which are visible and brought together has ** days return time and when i could return them within a week of buying why would i not do this , for which they have no answer. I'm calling many times to customer people..they tell same reason and amidst me convincing them , they r disconnecting call. * people behave the same way. Being a working women, spending time on them from *-* days ( i even made my sister ask them how to help with that issue as i was busy) and instead of understanding from before the issue and once return date expired, now they are giving this reason and disconnecting. How can i keep the product which is unfit and pay for it.
