I Paras Dhruv having Byjus course from Grade * to * for my son.
I haven't received hard copy of Grade * books from Byjus yet.
I tried to connect with Byjus mentor helpline for more than * to * times but they are saying that books are out of stock.
Schools are already open. Still books are not available.
Till date I called many times to Helpline and didn't received positive response.
Since I have paid Rs.*****+ for * grades, please refund my money for Grade * as you won't be able to provide books.
Either Send me books as soon as possible or refund my money back.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
