Milan Krishna filed complaint against Samsung India Electronics India Private Ltd on May 27, 2024
This is in reference to earlier Grievance No *******, when Samsung denied free replacement of the display which got vertical green line on its own. Samsung stated that it is not a issue of display and that it will cost Rs ***** for replacement (Job card attached). Facing due harrassement for the issue that was Samsung's fault in making defective display, I had to pay Rs ***** and get display attended.
