Ajio - Garbage product delivered

I ordered an anarkali kurta set from Ajio and I received a package inside that I got torn jeans one leg portion , kid's old pajama wrapped in a piece of cloth. There were no price tag and that was not at all a product .when l raised return request saying that wrong product delivered then they cancelled my multiple return requests by giving some nonsense reasons and in the end they said from there end correct product was shipped and delivered. When I asked for the proof from there side for the investigation they denied saying confidential information. Bur they are asking me the tag and product details ...if I have not received a product then how come I can provide those details. It is really bad and pathetic experience with Ajio . Never faced such issue with any of the online order. This Ajio proved that it became a fraud company and they are cheating people's. Still I didn't get any refund.
