Crossbeats - Functional defect in watch Color leaked in dial Battery drained on day

Order # ******. Bought Armor dive watch directly from company site. Product delivered is such a horrible one. Company claims ** days battery. Specially made for swimming etc. However, battery drained to **% after full charge in just half day. Drained completely on *nd day. Even after sparingly usage, color faded and started leaking in dial. Touch response was very very bad. Swimming mode was automatically changing to cycling mode. This watch is worst then *rd copy cheap product.
Even cheaper is company customer support team. They want customer to go through another harrassment by fulfilling their requirements and ship the product back to company on customers expenses. That too for their defective product
