When I got excitel connection first time in July ****, they started disconnecting my internet from very same day. I suffer for around continuosly * months as the plan was of * months. Again, when I recharged it for second time on June **, they disconnect it on very next day. Till now they didn't fix it. I don't know how long it will take. I am very frustrated now. It builds Psychological pressure. It's kind of mental torture.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
