Big Basket - Fraud transaction done on my big basket account

Dear Sir,

*rd January, **** fraud transactions has been made of
*- Rs. **,***.**/- paytm
*- Rs. **,***/- simpl, through my big basket app.
Soon after ** min when i read the message from both the payment app, i called big basket and report a fraud.
Some main points :-

*. My both app (Paytm& simpl) credentials are saved on big basket.
*. I didn't got any otp.
*. Delivery boy didn't called me on my registered number.
*. My email id was also changed on bigbasket data.
*. Order was delivered around **km away somewhere in Delhi dwarka area & my residence is in Faridabad Haryana. and that is my FIXED delivery location .

*.As per big basket Store manger on calling conversation, he is saying that big basket delivery boy has delivered products somewhere on road not on any residence gate. He has also a number of that fraud man who has done this.

Its a Bigbasket fault because all customers personal transaction details are saved on Big basket and everyone has Big Trust on Company. My amount fraud is also done through big basket app now how can anybody trust Bigbasket .
You can check my order History that i have never ordered more than amount **** approx.

But **,*** Amount order was delivered on Road by Bigbasket and No one from Bigbasket called me or intimate me. And when I informed within ** minutes of transaction no one has taken immediate action on my information .





Plz, rectify these transactions immediately and Refund my amount as soon as possible.
