I got wrong product from Nykaa. I complaint to Nykaa customer care . and they refused to accept and refused to refund my money. they investigated by their end only, and did not give any prove that I can satisfied. I gave all evidence. after that they refused. and kept my money. they mentlly harrash me also.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
