I had a planned travel on **rd May **** from Varanasi to Mumbai.
I contracted Covid and my parents were with me when this incident happened.
We have isolated ourselves for * Weeks, I was on a medical treatment for two weeks.
I was trying to cancel the flight but couldn't do so because of an error but informed Indigo *-* days back and they were running an offer of refunding the entire money.
They have given me **** in vouchers and remaining money (*,***.** INR) they have transferred to Flipkart travel since booking was done through Flipkart travel.
Vouchers are locked on my and my parents name with deadline of expiry in November month and my parents are reluctant of travel because my mother is having high sugar (Diabetic).
Amount visible on Indigo's website that they have received from Flipkart is **,*** (Evidence attached)
Case * - All I want Indigo to unlock that voucher so that I can use it or entire **** (remaining **** voucher I have used) will be wasted.
Case * - Flipkart charged me ***** (against **,*** charged by Indigo), since Indigo alternatively refunded entire money **** (voucher) + **** refund.
Flipkart neither refunded Rs **** and doesn't event bother refunding the difference *****-***** = ****.
I have been following up with them since two weeks and no resolution.
