I thought of doing web checkin before going to the airport then they asked me to select a particular seat at accordingly I was charged *** extra but I didn't even chose the window seat and not the one from front a the same time I didn't received any confirmation about web checkin being done and when I again went through the same process the didn't showed the payment was done instead they increased the charges of that particular seat and asked for extra money
