My luggage was *.** kgs more than the ** kgs limit set by the Indigo airlines and for that I was charged **** more than the requirement set for extra kilos. I was charged Rs **** for *.** extra kgs, whereas, the amount for per kgs was Rs. ***.
I want a refund of Rs. **** for the extra amount charged.
