I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with one of your customer executives. During my recent interaction, I felt that the behavior of the representative was unprofessional and rude. Specifically, the tone and manner in which they communicated were not respectful, which made the experience uncomfortable.
As a customer, I believe that courtesy and professionalism are essential when engaging with your team, and I was disappointed by this lack of respect.
Additionally, I would like to clarify that I am carrying two bags with me: a handbag and a cabin suitcase with a weight of *.* kg. Ans you are including both the bags that is my raised of complain hope this is in line with the regulations, and I wanted to ensure there is no confusion regarding this.
I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and ensure that your team maintains a higher standard of professionalism in the future.
