My flight landed from Chicago through Istanbul to Delhi on **-Dec-**** and the baggage has been missing since. The missing baggage report was filed and they were supposed to be delivered to address in Hyderabad, which was final destination. The customer reps are just throwing around information inconsistently. Now they are saying it will be delivered by **th dec. This is ridiculous as they are not even willing to compensate for dresses that I have to buy to survive for * days. It has caused immense pain, agony and discomfort due to Indigo inaction. I need to be compensated for that.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
