i boked a flight with medi cancel refund policy choose and cancel it * days earlier the flight was scheduled. in Medi cancel policy it was mentioned to submit medical prescription documents after submitted the documents clear trip says the cancellation was not valid as the flight was first rescheduled.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
