Firstly, i have copper cable connection and operator promised to provide fibernet as it arrives in my area. I have called numerous times in past * months for the fibernet. They always say we are doing or technicians are coming but no services were provided. Now, on **st of july,**** i have already payed for the same as instructed by their customer care. Even now its not installed and my amount Rs****, i don't know what is the real status. My copper connection has also stopped working. I don't know where to go as all of these excitel office people are frauds. Zero in providing services. I am filling in consumer court soon and will make sure no one will go through which i have been suffering from * months.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
