I had purchased PureIt RO+MF classic water purifier from Amazon and it gave me issues almost every month since my purchase. If you check the service log of “Aditi Enterprises” Nasik – ******, we had to call him every month for issues since the day of purchase and within the first month (in warranty) we had realised the product is faulty and asked for a product replacement.
Most of the times they asked to pay some amount and replace some part and fix it which we did and have bills too for the same. Every month, at least * week we had to bring bottled water at home since the purifier stopped working for which also we had to pay from our pocket.
Hardly * months ago, we were asked to change a part of the product and was told that * months there wouldn’t be an issue but this week when again it stopped working the technician visited and charged us Rs.*** for the visit. He did nothing to rectify the issue and is asking for more money to get it fixed. Since a year, the company is harassing us over this faulty product and now since the warranty is over they asked us to change a part worth Rs. **** yesterday so the product works fine. As soon as the part was changed it still didn't work and now they say to change the adapter worth Rs.****. We did that too after which they say Adapter is fine we need to change the filter which is again worth Rs. ****. So if you sum up the expenses on part changes and the mineral water we could have bought a new RO purifier at that cost and avoided the trouble that we are going through.
The customer care doesn't bother to reply to any emails sent to their ID. I need help from the consumer court to sue the company and get the product replaced and a desired compensation for the hassle we had to go through for the last year.
