Eureka Forbes - Faulty Aquaguard Machine and Faulty SubStandard Spare Parts

I want to file a legal case against Eureka Forbes reason being due to their customer executive and company negligence we almost faced a serious accident on **th July ****. We have been using Dr Magna Aquaguard for almost * years now. For the initial * years there was no major issue with the machine. In the last * years, the machine fell down thrice with full capacity water. The technician comes and replaces the broken parts with sub-standard faulty products and mentions that it is original eureka forbes product. On **th July **** evening my wife was just * inch away from the place where the machine fell down again. Additionally, I also faced bad, rude behavior from Eureka Forbes technician asking me to learn to speak Kannada first and then talk. Additionally he did not even fix the machine properly. I want to lodge a strong case against Eureka Forbes on the following grounds:

*) Sale of sub-standard spare parts
*) Sale of faulty aquaguard machine
*) Threatened by customer service technician to speak local language first amounting to racism
*) Mental Harassment faced by me and my family
