PVR Cinemas - False Advisement

I have booked a ticket for a movie with subtitles, however the movie does not show subtitles during show time. I have reached to the management regarding d sme issue and they advised me that the show does not have subtitles. When I told them that it was available during the booking dey tried to gve me various reasons to tackle the situation with unreasonable answers. Finally I asked them to book another show for me for tomorrow wid subtitles but dey denied for it. As I had travelled from a long distance just to watch the movie with subtitles I asked for a refund of fuel and tickets, on which dey denied for oder expenses apart from tickets. No other option was given. Overall a very bad customer service.
