My son had booked pvr tickets on **th March for shaitan movie show at *:** pm at MBD mall, Jalandhar for * tickets. Money amounting to Rs. **** was deducted from his account (transaction Id ************) but tickets didn't get booked. We have waited for * days but money has not been refunded in his account. He has sent the email regarding this at feedback@pvrcinemas.com but got no response.
For more than one month, I am calling the customer service but I have not received a single call from PVR Cinemas. Every time I discuss my case and they assure me that refund will be done in ** hours but nothing happens. I am tired of calling again and again and repeating the same story. Is there any responsible person who can look into the matter and make the refund.
