On March **th, I attempted to book tickets for "Manjummel Boys" twice on PVR/INOX but both bookings failed. Despite the failed transactions, a total of ₹***.** was debited from my debit card. I've contacted customer service numerous times via email and phone, receiving conflicting information. While some promised a quick refund, others escalated the issue or created new tickets. However, as of today, April **th, I haven't received the refund. The latest representative claims it was initiated on March **th, but this contradicts previous statements and my bank statement shows only the debits, not a refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
