PVR cinemas - Amount deducted but ticket not booked

I tried booking tickets on **th june **** for movie Kalki show on **th june **** through PVR official website. I completed all steps till payment gateway. Later While doing payment, I entered my Credit card details post which i redirected to bank page where i entered otp. But, even after the money deducted it didn't went back to the PVR website for showing the tickets. Then i also downloaded PVR app for checking whether tickets are showing in my account or not. But there was not any ticket booked. I thought that i will receive the refund but i didn't.
