PVR Cinemas - Refund not received
Deep filed complaint against PVR Cinemas on Jul 16, 2024
I bought a snack in interval and paid for it and money was deducted from my account but they didn't get confirmation as the machine was faulty so made me pay again , still didn't get confirmation so he said I will get the refund automatically, which I didn't so after movie I asked and he took my contact and payment details and said I'll receive a refund. It has been a week now and I still haven't received the refund and they aren't even answering my calls!!
