I applied for a new connection with Excitel and paid them **** rupees. The sales representative, Sachin Chaudhary, assured me that the installation would be done within * hours. He visited my home and collected the payment. However, after a week, the documents showed that the connection was installed, but it was not. When I complained about this, they promised to refund the amount, but I have not received the refund even after ** days. Nobody is responding to my concerns properly.
