Eureka Forbes service technician has repeatedly cheated and harassed us.
January, a technician visited for a service request registered on my mobile number. He removed parts from my device, claimed it was faulty, asked to cancel the request, and instead replaced parts in device without updating the system. He collected payment through his personal PhonePe account. As a result, my machine got completely damaged.
Yesterday, the same service person came again. He asked to cancel the booking, deliberately destroyed my entire machine, swapped parts with his own, and collected ₹**** from my parents via his personal PhonePe. We have transaction proof.
After that, the same technician started calling us again and again without permission. Today he came to our house and rang the bell repeatedly even though we told him not to come. This is creating fear and threatening attitude towards our elderly parents.
We have already informed Eureka Forbes multiple times, but they only gave a standard "we responded via DM" reply and no real action has been taken. This shows clear deficiency in service, fraud, unethical practices, and harassment.
We demand:
Immediate investigation and strict action against the technician
Free repair or replacement of the fully damaged machine
Refund of ₹**** along with compensation for mental harassment and financial loss
Written explanation from the company
If not resolved quickly, we will pursue full legal action in Consumer Forum.
