Complaint against redbus,
I had booked * ticket on **th dec **** from kasol to delhi which i got two seats and made payment through paytm wallet but they had charged me twice for the same booking .then after i called to redbus so i complaint of my issue till three days n everyday they said to me u receive mail from within ** hours but no mail i received till yet.n i really want to say what a pathetic service they give us and i think they dont want to tlk customer just ring d bell no one try to pick up the call..so i think i m on a right way to go now agains redbus here..
