Nikhil Bhat filed complaint against UBER on Sep 22, 2020
After completing my ride from Bengaluru Airport to Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy,Bengaluru with Mr.Ashok N (Mob No. **********), I made payment of Rs.***/- thru Phonepe which is deducted from my account. However, he said that he has not received sms from the bank means money not received to my account. He requested to make payment again and said that if I received double then I will return the amount to you. I did it again which was deducted to my account and but showing pending, after * days the same received by him. However, when I called him he said that I have not received message from the bank means I have not received double payment and abruptly disconnect the call. Kindly help me for refund of the amount from Uber company or Uber Driver Mr. Ashok N. - Thanking you
