I am asking Byjuz customer care to discontinue this app for my son. I already paid RS. ***** and first month instalment Rs. ****, my second instalment will lapse on **th October. Before that I need to stop this app. But Byjuz Customer care team has stopped the conversation with my son from the last * weeks. Every day we are facing problem in my son's health. He is mentally disturbed by Byjuz. He tried to cut his hand with help of blade * weeks ago. We are very worried and informed the same to Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Arun sales person, and we also sent a cancellation request mail to their support team. But no one is responding and are avoiding to take my phone calls also. They want money only. Even on WhatsApp also Mr. Arun not replying to my query. But one thing I know is that they are very very smart. Within * hours he forcefully sold this product to my son in front of me . Please help me and my son to get out of this Byjus. Thank you .
