I booked Zoomcar on **/**/**** but unfortunately the host denied to give the car. So I cancelled the booking and requested for the refund. Zoomcar support send me a text message where I was a link to initiate the refund. I didn't notice that text message and the link got expired.
Now, i request to send another link so that I can re-initiate the refund but they are not replying to my emails. There chatbot is shit and for no use.
Please help me to get the refund asap!
