I had placed an order ( order No.: NYK-**************) containing two items from Nykaa Fashion worth Rs.****.**/- on **.**.****. After receiving the order I did not like one of the products and placed a return request on **.**.****. It has been one and a half month since then and they are not picking up the product nor refunding my money. Despite several calls and mails to the customer service they are of no help. Every time I call they say to wait for **-** Hrs and it will get picked up. And the wait seems forever. Every time I mail them I get a reply mail that One of their executive will call me regarding my complaint and I never got a call from their side. it is so frustrating that they are doing business by mentally harassing their customers. It is fraud and I want my money back. I have also complaints on their twitter handle so many times but that is also of no help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
