I booked a ticket from redbus app and later cancelled it. But redbus credited amount in wallet instead of original payment source. Now when I called them regarding this they are simply denying by saying it is not possible to credit amount to original wallet.
It's like they are forcing me to keep my money in their wallet. This is so unjust please look into it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
