Dear sir,
I had ordered Iphone ** from Reliance digital on *rd march at *:** am on instant delivery option but I am still waiting for the delivery and delivery status update.
not getting any useful information after so many calls and emails, yesterday i had call to customer services * times and then got store contact number and no one is picking up the call there.
then yesterday I purchased a second hand phone after long wait because till now I am waiting for the status updates for delivery.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
