purplle - delivery failure and returned without the consumer knowledge

as purplle was offering a sale in which i ordered * items from * different brands in which i got some discounts and a free product that was included in the sale offer. When the first delivery failed as they were not able to contact me ,i came to know of some incoming problem with my number that's why i whatsapped them regarding the change in number during the delivery and rescheduled the delivery to another day using the link provided. With regards to the same i contacted the coustmer care service, they updated the number ,after that i received the mail about number updation and when i called them they informed that delivery will be done within two working days i.e., Friday and Monday but today i received the call regarding that my order has been cancelled without my knowledge that too after the sale has ended without the offer the same products without the free product will cost me **** rs .this is mismanagement and fooling the customer
