Onsitego - Delay in repair of AC by Onsitego

My AC stopped working on Monday, **nd June. As it was covered under an extended warranty (I brought with the AC from Vijay Sales), I raised a repair request on Onsitego website. The technician visited my place on **rd June, but they have captured that date as **th June and has provided me with three different tickets for the same problem. To make matters worse till today they haven’t approved the repair request. This has been pending since **th June even after multiple follow-ups and assurances over live chat and call from different customer executives and their supervisor (Rajeena, Arfan and Tanvi (supervisor)).
I could have understood if the delay was due to unavailability of spare parts. But the current delay is not related to parts but some archaic approval process. Tanvi promised over call on **th night that the approval should be done by EOB **th June, still that didn’t happen. Even before that both Rajeena and Arfan had committed that approval should be cleared by **th June.
With the delay due to approval getting longer I don’t know when my AC will be repaired. Service Center personnel told me (via whatsapp) they can’t proceed with the approval.
Because of this delay I’m unable to focus on my job, my sleep cycle has gone for a toss. I hope to sue them for physical and mental harassment. I’m being forced to live in summer heat with the respite of AC even after paying for extended warranty. I also want to file a complaint against VIJAY SALES Plaza Mall Gurgaon branch who suggested and forced me to purchase this extended warranty from Onsitego.
