I am writing to escalate a complaint regarding a Samsung WindFree Air Conditioner purchased from Reliance Digital last year. Despite multiple service visits and numerous tickets raised since installation, the unit has never functioned correctly.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
