Received defective smartwatch, display is damaged. Customer care is not helping for anything, no return, no refund, no replacement. They are blocking customer if we are complaining in Twitter and Facebook. See attached images and video.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
