RELIANCE DIGITAL - Damaged defective product delivered

I have purchased a canon eos R*** camera worth rupees ***** on **-june-**** and it got delivered on *rd July **** .I unboxed the product carefully and fixed and try to take photos but the lens was not working and I checked the viewfinder of the camera it was also blurry so i immediately requested for a return .i also got a message that retur initiated , while requesting for the return there were * options *.package damage *.quality issue *.received wrong item *. Complaint about delivery executive, as my problem wasnot listed there i choose option *.and i immediately called their executive to inform about the same ,they assured me to provide a solution.but today the send a mail to me that the return got rejected as canon is an unauthorised brand , i was really shocked, a platform like reliance how can they do this to their customers . I didn’t purchased it directly from canon I purchased it through reliance digital so they have the obligation to provide solution to me. The product took almost * days to deliver so the damage could also happened during that time. So they rejected my return request i also send mails to higher officials but no use .
