*. First Car booked: Mobile number : ********** : Damaged car allotted to us. And car was also in a very shady place with no security and safety. Customer service was terrible and wasn’t getting connected to any associates
*. Second Car booked by mobile number **********. This car wasn’t available at the location. Zoomcar Associate shared an alternate location of the car. Which was * km + away from the actual app location. When we reached to the new location, there also it wasn’t available.
Next they reallocated a new car which was * km away. And this was a small car, celerio. I paid for i** and swift that too was a low price as compared to this celerio.
Now, I’m sitting at * am now. First booking was at * am, for which we woke up at * am just to reach to that car.
Need immediate resolution for the mental agony and loss of hotels booking charges that we paid for. For hotel we paid **** rs. All wasted.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
