Crossbeats - Customer support is not ready for cancelling the product

I have purchased one smartwatch from Crossbeats official website. Within *-** minutes of purchase, realized that it was a wrong order and wanted to cancel it.
I tried to call Customer care support number, however, no reperesntative was available that time as per IVR.
Later tried to ping in Official Whats App number, no update on that.
Then I have sent email to crossbeats support - support@crossbeats.in to cancel the order within **-** minutes of ordering the product.
But all are in vain. Support team says that they can not do anything as the product is already shipped.
