I purchase Cross beats smart *atch as gift for my sister . Within * months the watch start operation issue and get auto start and switch off . She have hardly used the watch and went send watch for warranty the company deny warrant with reason it is IC defect and not covered in warranty.. My question is IC an internal part of watch is not a manufacturing defect when there is no external demage. When I asked them reason for IC defect they told me it is issue is improper use of watch.....it is a joke what improper use watch is to wear and if wearing watch is improper use then it is clearly manufacturing defect..
