ZoomCar - Couldn t find car

I didn't use your car because I couldn't find it at the given location. I arrived at the location at *:** pm and attempted to contact the host through the app until *:** pm. Unfortunately, there was no direct number provided to contact the host or your customer care support. I tried to reach the host more than ** times, but each time, either the call failed, or the answering machine suggested trying later. This was my first time using your services, and to be honest, it will also be my last. It was a horrible experience, and I certainly won't be recommending Zoom Car to anyone. My whole trip plan was ruined because of them, and I had to book a taxi at the last moment, incurring a higher fare due to the last-minute changes. I have a screen recording of my mobile while calling the host and would be happy to provide it for your reference. I request a full refund and hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.
