I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase and the subsequent service I have received. On May **, ****, I placed an order for Vincent Chase Polarized Black Round Medium Frame & Glases, and unfortunately, the frame has already broken. This incident occurred well within two months of my purchase, which indicates a significant quality issue.
At the time of purchase, I was assured of a one-year warranty. However, I am now being told that this breakage is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, during the purchase, I was strongly encouraged to opt for a gold membership, and now I am being pressured to buy insurance. This feels like nothing more than a marketing strategy to cover up the poor quality of the products.
I thought lenskart is commited in providing high-quality eyewear, but this recent experience has severely tarnished my perception of your brand. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I have received.
I expect Lenskart to honor the warranty that was promised at the time of purchase and provide a satisfactory resolution to this issue. I kindly request a replacement of the sunglasses frame at no additional cost. I believe this is a reasonable request given the short duration since the purchase and the fact that the breakage appears to be due to a manufacturing defect or poor quality of the frame. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the replacement process and ensure that the new frame is of superior quality.
