I ordered a spec from online to door delivery and selected map location to deliver, the delivery guy refused to delivery the package claiming the postcode is different, but its not, when i tried to contact the lenskart there is no one to support, i send email they are not replaying, tried calling their customer no the robot says i can not cancel the orders, either cancel the order or deliver to my address.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
