*. That we had booked an Order with subject for * products (Eye Glasses) after tests done by your representative Maneesh Yadav (Contact **********).
*. That we were assured by your representative that order would be delivered within * days or before failing which you may claim for **% refund from company.
*. That your representative Sh. Maneesh Yadav ordered wrong Eye glasses and luckily after making payment I saw that the vision of the eye glasses have been wrongly put up by sh. Yadav and payment was already done. He then told me to cancel the order and make payment again and your refund would be made within ** hrs.
*. That despite several calls and discussions with your representative We have not received the order till date and while tracking order it is displayed ORDER RUNNING LATE..(TILL **:** TODAY).
*. That the most annoying and disgusting thing at the end of Customer Care of Lenskart is that while connecting call with Customer Care and after pressing the connect call button it is immediately disconnected, though tried several time. And ofcourse as per you marketing instinct the call with fresh order is connected immediately.
*. That I have also not received any refund from your end till date.
Keeping in view of above circumstances, you are requested on following :
*. As per your policy (copy attached) for Metro cities including Lucknow, since *-* days have been passed of my current order, you are requested to refund **% of the amount i.e Rs. ****.** immediately
*. Inform the current status and reason for non delivery of order & refund immediately.
*. To be delivered immediately.
