Dear voxya,
I ordered a pair of glasses from lenskart on **rd September **** under the order ID **********. I am attaching the images of eyeglasses which are completely broken proving how bad quality of frame you have delivered to me. Further, I opted for blue cut lenses which are also poor quality and coating is completely peeled off. I want refund or replacement with correct product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
